Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Applied
The position will remain open until filled and we will review applications on a rolling basis.
- Stage 2
Review
At Fresh Energy we either have a hiring manager or have a selected hiring staff team reviewing completed application received. Allow us about 2-weeks to review each application thoroughly.
- Stage 3
Virtual Interview
Our hiring team will select finalists for an initial 45-minute interview via video conference between October 21 - 31.
- Stage 4
In-Person Interview
A limited number of finalists will be invited back for an approximately 60-minute second-round interview. At that time, we will ask for three references and one work sample relevant to this position, e.g. professional writing samples, or other relevant materials.
- Stage 5
Offer Letter
The offer letter will be drafted based on the candidate's negotiation with the hiring manager.
- Stage 6
Hired
Ideally, the selected candidate would begin work in December 2024.
